Absolutely love this place! We’ve been coming to Ronin Sushi & Bar for many years now, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is always warm and welcoming. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a special family outing, this has become our go-to spot. The menu has plenty to offer for the land lovers as well—all meals are flavorful, perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of variety. Over the years, we’ve introduced many friends and family to this restaurant, and every single one of them has become a fan. You can tell the owners and staff truly care about their food and their customers. (Ask for Paige, we absolutely adore her!) This is not only our favorite sushi restaurant but our favorite restaurant overall in Daytona. It’s a must visit for us anytime we’re in town. The food tastes amazing and fresh and it looks beautiful! Our favorite dishes include the Kobe tataki, baked mussels, and always make sure to order the blue fin tuna when they have it on the menu. Five stars aren’t enough for Ronin’s Sushi & Bar in Daytona. Hands down, this was the best sushi we’ve had in northeast Florida—and we’ve tried quite a few spots. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Ultimate Roll and the Ronin Roll, both of which delivered that perfect balance of flavor, texture, and creativity you hope for when eating high-end sushi. But the real showstopper? The Kobe sliders. I haven’t stopped thinking about them since. They were juicy, flavorful, and honestly ruined me for other burgers or sliders—they’ve set a new standard. They also came with tempura-style sweet potato fries that were out of this world—crispy on the outside, perfectly soft inside, and totally addictive. On top of the amazing food, the service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since it was our first visit, they even surprised us with sake samples, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel even more special. We’re already planning our next trip back. It’s the kind of place you want to tell everyone about and take out-of-town guests to. Ronin’s is an absolute gem in Daytona.

Amazing sushi with awesome staff. I went for my birthday recently and had a blast. Food was great and I had multiple gluten free options. The price is a little high but quality is great. Infused saki was great too. Get the full craft and save and share with your table.
Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what really makes the experience special is the amazing service. Skylar goes above and beyond every time — she’s attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. You can tell she cares about the customers and the atmosphere she helps create. If you’re looking for a great sushi spot with great vibes, this is it.
Everytime I eat here I have to leave a review, it’s THAT good EVERYTIME. You will never have more fresh sushi and japanese cuisine than at THIS local restaurant. It has been our go to for date night for years. Miss Rachel has always taken amazing care of us which makes the experience 2x as good, and then the delicious food truly just tops it off. I have not once, had a bad experience, meal, or drink here. I am thrilled they will be expanding to NSB.
My family been coming here for almost 2 decades. We’ve always enjoyed their amazing food and atmosphere, the chefs always treat us extra special by always saying hello and they will also offer us the new entrees on the menu sometimes!! The food is amazing and the vibes here are always the best attention to detail! If you live here fill time or if you’re visiting for vacation you won’t go wrong with this place. The sushi is the best in the area by far!! I highly highly recommend this Ronin Sushi!!
